Regulations on the Connection, dated 23/10/2008
Pursuant to Article 4.2. Law on Transmission, Regulator and System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Službeni glasnik BiH", Nos. 02/07 and 13/03) and Article 36 of the Rules of Procedure of the State Regulatory Commission for Electricity ("Official Gazette" No. 2/05), the State electricity regulatory Commission for electricity is at its session on 23rd of October, 2008, adopted the Regulations on the Connection.
Regulations on the Amendments to Regulations on the Connection, dated 02/09/2010
Published in the "Službeni glasnik BiH" number 79/10 of 27.09.2010. Pursuant to Article 4.2. Law on Transmission, Regulator and System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Službeni glasnik BiH", No. 7/02) and Article 36 of the Rules of Procedure of the State Regulatory Commission for Electricity ("Službeni glasnik BiH" No. 2/05) , the State electricity regulatory Commission for electricity, on its session held on 2nd of September, 2010, passed the Regulations on the Amendments to Regulations on the Connection.
